I bought my new car from Salinas Toyota. This is one of the few dealerships in the vicinity of the Bay Area selling cars at MSRP and without any pushy sales tactics whatsoever.
The deal was transparent and it was closed 2 weeks in advance to the initial quoted 6-8 weeks. The timeline might be due to Toyota being able to build the car faster.

Scheduled an oil change here for my 2018 Tundra while on vacation. As I pulled into the service area a porter politely greeted me and asked the nature of my visit. He then put a tag on my windshield and informed me a service writer would be out to assist me. No sooner did he turn to walk away and the service writer was right there. In the process she also noted a recall item they could tend to. Process was good, in and out in 90 minutes.
They are very dog friendly here.

I went to order parts for my 99 Toyota Camry very nice people who are professional. No cars are inside on display though and few outside very barren to see. Sad really. However they are open 7 days a week. So I imagine they're still selling cars.

I dread buying a car due to the long process of haggling over price and then the salesman or the finance officer trying to sell me something I don’t need. I even once had a salesman keep my driver’s license.

Patrick quickly discerned the noise as a leaking water pump. He repaired the cracked belt and replaced the pump. Don, the service manager, was efficient and gave me a good price. The dealer in Gilroy gave me a much larger estimate.
