I was not an easy customer. In fact, I came in as an extremely disgruntled customer due to a small mishap from a previous service. Though of no fault of his own, the assistant service manager, Marcus, was notably patient and professional in handling the situation- listening to my concerns and coming up with a solution to make things right. He updated me multiple times throughout the first day that the car was dropped off, and Rick (who filled in for him) kept up the professionalism through the next day. At pickup, it was clear that the issue had been addressed above and beyond the expectations. Uploading some pictures because we are actually so impressed at how they managed to make the engine bay look brand new. If Marcus has the chance to read this- thank you.
