2021 Toyota Trail Special Editions 

Toyota understands the call of the wild, which is why the brand has created Trail Special Editions. These editions are designed to take on the backroads. There are three vehicles in the Trail Special Edition family – Tacoma, 4Runner and Tundra. Available colors in the Trail Special Edition family include Cement, Midnight Black, Army Green and Super White. Each will have a black exterior badging and black seating with tan stitching. Keep reading to learn more about each vehicle that will offer the Trail Special Edition. 

Tacoma

The Tacoma Trail Special Edition features a 115-volt power outlet in its bed, a lockable bed storage that can double as a cooler, a set of Dark Gray 16-inch TRD Off-Road wheels with Kevlar All-Terrain tires. There will be 7,000 built. 

4Runner

The 4Runner Trail Special Edition will come standard with the Yakima LoadWarrior cargo basket. Inside there will be the custom removable 40-quart cooler to securely stash drinks and food. The cooler will have a lot of versatility. Some of these features include a lockable lid, freezer-grade gasket to provide an air-tight seal, tie-down straps, two heavy-duty latches, two ergonomic carry handles and a large built-in drain plug. Toyota will build 4,000. 

Tundra

The Tundra will have an unmistakable grille and color-keyed surround. Just like the Tacoma, there will be a lockable bed storage with insulation on the driver’s side to double as a cooler. There will be 5,000 built.
