ToyotaCare is a complimentary maintenance plan that comes standard with every new Toyota purchase. This no-cost program is Toyota's way of ensuring that your RAV4 or Corolla receives proper care during its critical early years. The standard coverage lasts for two years or 25,000 miles1, whichever comes first, with an exception for the Mirai model, which receives three years or 35,000 miles1.
The program covers essential factory-scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point vehicle inspections, and fluid level checks. All services are performed by Toyota-trained technicians using genuine Toyota parts. Additionally, ToyotaCare includes 24-hour roadside assistance for the full coverage period1, providing emergency services like towing, jump starts, lockout assistance, and emergency fuel delivery if you find yourself stranded at Sherwood Park. Certain models, including the bZ, Prius, and Mirai, receive a third year of roadside assistance1.

ToyotaCare Plus also extends 24-hour roadside assistance coverage for up to the full 5-year period or 75,000 miles2.
To qualify for ToyotaCare Plus, your Toyota must have been eligible for the original ToyotaCare plan, have fewer than 31,000 miles on the odometer, and be within 37 months of its original in-service date2.

“ This was my first time coming here. They were able to schedule me an appt the same day I called which was nice, however it took 15 minutes just to "check in", and then another hour and 45 minutes just to do a maintenance check (no oil/fluid change). I'm not sure if this is normal wait time, but my regular place takes about 45 minutes total so it felt a bit long to me. They have complimentary tea and coffee for customers, and plenty of comfortable seating. However I did notice that most of the plug in seating wasn't actually connected, so I couldn't charge my device. The service members were all very courteous and helpful, I will be coming back, I just won't wait there any longer. ”
