Though of no fault of his own, the assistant service manager, Marcus, was notably patient and professional in handling the situation- listening to my concerns and coming up with a solution to make things right. He updated me multiple times throughout the first day that the car was dropped off, and Rick (who filled in for him) kept up the professionalism through the next day.
