They were able to schedule me an appt the same day I called which was nice, however it took 15 minutes just to "check in", and then another hour and 45 minutes just to do a maintenance check (no oil/fluid change). I'm not sure if this is normal wait time, but my regular place takes about 45 minutes total so it felt a bit long to me. They have complimentary tea and coffee for customers, and plenty of comfortable seating. However I did notice that most of the plug in seating wasn't actually connected, so I couldn't charge my device. The service members were all very courteous and helpful, I will be coming back, I just won't wait there any longer. ”
